Last time out: 49ers 25, Titans 23
Record: 4-10 overall, 0-5 in division
Snapshot: Robbie Gould hit a 45-yard field goal as time expired to lift the 49ers to their third consecutive victory. Gould connected on six field goals in the game and has made 20 in a row. Jimmy Garoppolo threw for a career-high 381 yards and a touchdown.

Quotable: "He just went right down. It was fun. He looked poised as can be. We walk through it every day. You never really get full speed reps during the season at two minutes. Guys are just too tired. That was a great drive at the end." – 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan, via 49ers.com, on Garoppolo leading the game-winning drive.
Key Stat:5. The number of games started, and won, by Garoppolo in his NFL career.

SEATTLE SEAHAWKS
Last time out: Rams 42, Seahawks 7
Record: 8-6 overall, 4-1 in division
Snapshot: A defense missing several key pieces was picked apart by the Rams, who led 34-0 at the half. Seattle quarterback Russell Wilson finished the game 14-of-30 for 142 yards and a touchdown and was sacked seven times. The Seahawks mustered only 149 yards of total offense.
Notable: The Seahawks would have been in the driver's seat for another NFC West title with the win, but now have long odds to make the postseason. This was the worst loss in the Pete Carroll era with the Seahawks.
Quotable: "To be totally honest, I think the guys that played, you've got to give your hats off to (linebacker Bobby Wagner) and a couple guys that played. But my personal opinion, I don't think they should have played. The backups would have did just as good. The injuries, Kam (Chancellor), (Richard) Sherman, K.J. (Wright), it definitely hurt today." – safety Earl Thomas, via Pro Football Talk, on the injury woes on defense.
Injury Update: Wagner left the game in the third quarter due to the hamstring strain.
