Notable: Wide receiver Tyler Lockett had five catches for 79 yards, including a 43-yard touchdown reception. Defensive end Michael Bennett had 3½ sacks in the game and is tied for the NFL lead with 6½. The defense gave up only 81 passing yards.

Snapshot:Running back Todd Gurley continues to assert himself as a burgeoning star, as he carried the ball 19 times for 128 yards and a pair of late touchdowns to seal the win. Cleveland pulled to within 10-6 on a 44-yard field goal by Travis Coons early in the third quarter, but Gurley's scoring runs of 1 and 16 yards gave the Rams breathing room.
Notable:St. Louis recovered four fumbles and safety Rodney McLeod returned one of them 20 yards for a touchdown for an early 7-0 lead.* *Browns quarterback Josh McCown was 26-of-32 for 270 yards passing, but was sacked four times, fumbled twice and injured his shoulder in the second half.
