Beanie Wells (he insists you can call him either "Beanie" or Chris) just had his introductory press conference, holding his new No. 26 jersey. He got a chance earlier to meet Larry Fitzgerald for the first time and, when it was over, he and fellow running back Tim Hightower met ("Looking sharp," Hightower said to the suit-clad Wells). In the picture below, Wells, getting dressed for his presser, meets owner Bill Bidwill for the first time.
Meanwhile, in the minicamp subplot of the day, Darnell Dockett, wearing an old-school Seattle Mariners hat, arrived to get his physical. New father Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie (his son is three weeks old), sporting corn rows, got to Arizona for the first time of the offseason. I still haven't seen Anquan Boldin, but the day is still young. Some rookies aren't getting in until tonight.
