The Cardinals will have a little more offensive line depth going into minicamp, apparently, because it looks like veteran tackle Oliver Ross will be brought back into the fold. I'm not sure yet if he is actually going to sign or if he is doing the tryout thing a la TE Dominique Byrd. But Ross has history with coach Ken Whisenhunt and O-line coach Russ Grimm. The Cards released Ross -- who spent 2007 on injured reserve -- early last offseason. They thought about bringing him back but he ended up signing with the Patriots. Ross will be 35 in September.
EDIT: The [Carlton Medder signing is official now too.
