T.J. McCreight has joined the Cardinals as their new director of pro personnel, replacing the departed Jason Licht.
The Cardinals filled their vacant spot in the pro personnel department Thursday when they announced the hiring of T.J. McCreight as director of pro personnel.
McCreight, who spent the last four seasons with the Cleveland Browns, replaces Jason Licht, who took the director of pro personnel job with New England last month.
McCreight, who will work under general manager Rod Graves, was the director of player personnel in Cleveland for the past two seasons. In Arizona, McCreight will work alongside director of player personnel Steve Keim.
"We're delighted to fill out our pro personnel department with T.J., who comes to us with good administrative experience and a sound reputation as an evaluatior of talent," Graves said.
McCreight is expected to oversee the Cards' evaluation of all NFL players in regards to possibles trades and free agency.
Prior to his stint with the Browns, McCreight was a scout for the Baltimore Ravens for eight years.
