Arizona State star wideout N'Keal Harry highlights the list of local products who were invited to the NFL Scouting combine on Thursday.
Harry, who also played at Chandler High School, had a tremendous career with the Sun Devils, catching 213 passes for 2,889 yards and 22 touchdowns in three seasons. At 6-foot-4 and 216 pounds, Harry is a big-bodied pass-catcher who is projected to be a late first or early second round pick.
Washington cornerback Byron Murphy, who starred at Scottsdale Saguaro High School, also received an invite. He is projected to be a first-round pick.
Other players with local ties who were invited to the combine include: North Carolina State quarterback Ryan Finley (Phoenix Paradise Valley High School); Northern Arizona wide receiver Emmanuel Butler (Phoenix Mountain Pointe High School) and Arizona State defensive lineman Renell Wren.
The combine will be held from Feb. 26 through March 4 in Indianapolis. A full list of participants can be found here.
