With camp starting today -- I am climbing in my car for Flagstaff as soon as I post this -- so then commences the "Fight for 53," with guys trying to make the roster. NFL.com is following five players in that regard, including our man Lance Long. We've already talked about Long this offseason, and he is driven. Long, a man of faith, told me he is so focused on his football career he could count on one hand the number of times he went out in college. He said he has yet to go out in Arizona. Some of that has to do with his religion, but a lot of it has to do with the fact he doesn't want anything messing up his chance to make it in the NFL.
Long obviously isn't the only one we'll be covering.
