I just spent the majority of pregame down on the field and the atmosphere, as it should in a playoff game, is electric. More of the crowd filtered in early than most games, making pregame much louder than normal. The towels are waving though the stadium, making for an awesome sight. And while I can't know if the players have indeed "flipped the switch" like many had promised, it seemed right as warmups came to a close. The core emotional players, guys like Dockett and Boldin and Antonio Smith and A-Dub and Dansby and Fitz, broke up their final huddle with confident smiles.
Now we'll see what it means.
