Brandon Schwab is in his second season on the Cardinals coaching staff as assistant to the head coach after joining the team on 3/1/23. He came to Arizona with 14 years of NFL experience (1999-2012) with the Rams where he worked as both a coach and in the team's scouting department.
Schwab started with the Rams as a scouting assistant in 1999 and spent seven years in that role prior to working as an offensive quality control coach between 2006-08. While serving as an offensive assistant, he assisted the Rams quarterbacks. Schwab then moved to a pro scout with St. Louis for the 2009 season and served as an area scout working in the northeast for the following three seasons (2010-12).
He began his coaching career at his alma mater, Southern Oregon University, as assistant wide receivers coach between 1997-98. Schwab got back into coaching at Milken Community (Los Angeles, CA) School the past two years (2021-22) as the team's offensive coordinator.
Schwab graduated from Southern Oregon with a bachelor's degree in Communications in 1996.
