Kenny Bell enters his seventh season with the Cardinals and third as Director, Football Strategy after joining the team in January, 2019.
In his current role, Bell assists Head Coach Jonathan Gannon and the Cardinals coaching staff with game management, officiating and rules, as well as analysis of league-wide statistical trends.
Prior to 2023, Bell was responsible for organizing the day-to-day operations of the players and coaches while also serving on the offensive coaching staff.
Before joining the Cardinals, Bell spent ten years working in various roles in college football. He spent six seasons (2013-18) as the chief of staff at Texas Tech University, one season at Texas A&M University (2012) and three seasons at the University of Houston (2009-11).
A native of Deer Park, TX, he graduated with a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Houston. Bell and his wife, Candace, have three daughters, Sloane, Brynn and Nora.
