Andrew Ford enters his fourth season with the Cardinals and first as a Pro Scout after being promoted in May, 2024.
Ford originally joined the Cardinals in May, 2021 and worked as a scouting assistant for three seasons (2021-23). Prior to the Cardinals, he spent one year (2020) with the 33rd Team working as a scouting assistant for former NFL GM Mike Tannenbaum.
He played football collegiately at the University of Massachusetts where he completed 560-of-895 passes for 6,995 yards and 57 TDs in 29 career games. As a junior in 2017, Ford started 10-of-11 games played and completed 223-of-353 passes (63.2%) for 2,924 yards and 22 TDs while adding two rushing TDs.
Ford was selected to the Manning Award Watch List as a senior in 2018 and was named to the National Football Foundation Hampshire Honor Society. He finished his collegiate career second in school history in completion percentage (62.5), passer efficiency rating (143.7) and TD passes (57).
He graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a bachelor's degree in Sports Management and Economics in 2018.
