Jeff Schwimmer is in his 11th season with the Cardinals equipment department and second as the team's equipment manager. He was promoted to his current position in April, 2022 following nine years as an assistant after joining the team in 2013.
His responsibilities include the purchase and maintenance of all team equipment and sideline apparel, outfitting players, coaches, and other football staff for practices and games. Schwimmer also coordinates the transport of all team gear for training camp, home and away games.
Prior to working with the Cardinals, Schwimmer spent six seasons with the Indianapolis Colts, including working as the assistant to head coach Chuck Pagano in 2012. He also spent five years as an intern in the Colts equipment department.
Schwimmer was born in Speedway, IN and attended Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI). He and his wife, Alicia, have two children—sons Maxwell and Paxton and live in Gilbert, AZ.
