Season Ticket Membership Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern your Arizona Cardinals season ticket membership ("Membership"). Upon remitting any full or partial payment toward your Membership, or by accepting delivery of or using your tickets or accepting other Member benefits or accessing a Member account, you (a "Member or "you"), are deemed to have read these Terms and Conditions, understood them, and agreed to be bound by them throughout your Membership.
Your Membership is made available by the Arizona Cardinals Football Club LLC (the "Arizona Cardinals" or the "Cardinals"). The Cardinals may modify the terms and conditions applicable to your Membership in their sole discretion, including these Terms and Conditions, upon notice. Upon remitting any further payment toward your Membership, or by accepting delivery of or using your tickets or accepting other Member benefits, you are deemed to have read the modified Terms and Conditions, understood them and agreed to be bound by them.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions or any modifications thereto, you shall not use your tickets or use other Member benefits and you acknowledge and agree that your Membership will be cancelled.
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAIN PROVISIONS CONCERNING BINDING ARBITRATION AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER (SECTION 5). PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY.
These terms and conditions do not apply to club seats or other premium seating products.
Licensees of club seats and other premium seating products should refer to their license agreement for applicable terms.
1. MEMBERSHIP GENERALLY.
a. You agree that by using your ticket, accessing the Stadium (as defined below) or accessing other services and/or benefits offered by the Cardinals, you are subject to the applicable terms, conditions, and policies established from time to time by the Arizona Cardinals, the Stadium or the National Football League ("NFL"), which such terms, conditions, and policies may be modified by the Arizona Cardinals, Stadium or the NFL, as applicable, in their sole discretion. Any modifications or new policies will be effective when adopted. If you do not agree to the then-current (for clarity, including as modified) terms, conditions, or policies, then you agree to not use your tickets, access the Stadium, or access other services, as applicable. Members should not rely upon or have any expectation that the terms, conditions, or policies presently applicable will be applicable at any time in the future.
b. Your Membership provides you with, among other benefits, tickets, each of which constitutes a revocable license, to attend Arizona Cardinals home games played at State Farm Stadium (the "Stadium") and certain member events scheduled by the Cardinals from time to time.
c. A Membership is a revocable license issued annually by the Arizona Cardinals as licensor. Memberships include tickets, which like all tickets sold for Cardinals events, are owned by the Cardinals. You understand that your Membership (and each included ticket) is a revocable license issued by the Cardinals to you, the individual or corporate entity name that appears on the account of record. Breach of any of the terms of this these Terms and Conditions shall entitle the Cardinals to all available legal remedies.
d. You may not use your Membership or Membership ticket(s) for any form of commercial or trade purposes, including the sale of all or substantially all of your season tickets for non-personal and/or business use and/or any advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, without the express written consent of the Arizona Cardinals.
e. Delivery of tickets shall be made prior to each applicable game, and only upon receipt of full payment of annual Membership Dues or for accounts that are current on all payments.
f. A change of address can be submitted by using either of the following options:
i.Log into Account Manager via Seat Geek and click on the profile tab to change the account address.
ii. An address change can also be made in person at the Cardinals Ticket Office.
Ensure prompt delivery of tickets, notices and other dated information by keeping address and telephone information current on your Membership account ("Membership Account"). If you have multiple Membership Accounts, please make certain all account numbers that are impacted by the address change are updated. Membership Accounts cannot be changed to or designated as 'in care of' a person or entity.
2. Payment.
a. Auto-Pay. For clarity and in accordance with Section 1.1.a, if you opt in to an auto-pay payment plan, you agree to the Season Ticket Membership Auto-Pay Terms as may be updated from time to time by the Cardinals in their sole discretion.
b. Online Payments/Payments by Telephone. Online bill payments for your annual Membership dues at the then-published rates ("Membership Dues") are currently available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week via Account Manager. Telephone payments may be made by contacting Membership Services, Monday – Friday, between the hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm, at (602) 379-0102, and pressing 2 when prompted.
i. To make a payment over the internet:

- Click the 'STM' icon at the top right.
- Click on Account Manager
- Enter your Member account number and password.
- Select the invoice and enter your payment information.

c. Failure to Timely Pay. Each payment must be made in a timely manner on or before the payment due date. The Cardinals reserve the right to withhold your tickets or otherwise restrict entry to Cardinals games or Cardinals Member events and/or revoke Membership privileges (including terminating your Membership in accordance with the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions) if payments are not timely paid and/or if any authorized charge is refused or revoked by your credit card company or banking institution for any reason. Under all payment plans, all payments are due on the dates specified regardless of game cancellations or rescheduling. Refunds or exchanges in such events, if any, shall be determined by the Cardinals in their sole discretion. Failure to make a payment on time may subject your Membership to cancellation and the forfeiture of any amounts previously paid, without limiting the Cardinals other rights and remedies. The Cardinals reserve the right to charge a processing fee in the event a charge is refused for any reason.
d. Additional Payment Terms. The Cardinals reserve the right to unilaterally modify your payment plan option upon written notice.
3. MEMBERSHIP TERMS.
a. REFUNDS. Payments made in connection with Memberships are non-refundable, whether made online, in-person, or otherwise, except as expressly stated herein. The Cardinals reserve the right, upon written notification, to revoke your Membership at any time without cause, in which case your exclusive remedy shall be a refund of any amounts paid for which no corresponding Membership benefits have been provided, which refund determinations shall be made by the Cardinals in their sole discretion. Members shall not be entitled to any refund in any other circumstance, including if the Cardinals revoke such Member's Membership for cause, which shall include: (i) failure to make timely payments or any other breach of these Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time, (ii) violation of any Arizona Cardinals, NFL or Stadium policies, as amended from time to time, including unruly or inappropriate behavior by Member or any person that utilizes Member's tickets, which determination shall be made by the Cardinals in their sole discretion\\[; or (iii) resale of tickets for an amount less than face value\\]. For the avoidance of doubt, funds shall be deemed refunded once remitted via mail to your last known address on file with the Cardinals or back to your credit card on file, as determined by the Cardinals. You understand that a reduction in the number of games played at the Stadium in a given year shall not entitle you to a refund or reduction in the amount of your Membership Dues.
b. LICENSE FROM YEAR TO YEAR (RENEWAL). Members are valued customers of the Arizona Cardinals. However, the opportunity to license a Membership from year to year, at any seat location, is a privilege granted by the Arizona Cardinals, which may be cancelled or otherwise revoked at any time. Neither a Membership, nor the opportunity to license a Membership from year to year, constitutes any form of legal or equitable right, including an express or implied contract, lease, option, right of first refusal, implied trust, or expectancy interest. There is no automatic right to license a Membership from year to year, nor is there any guarantee that this privilege will be offered or granted by the Arizona Cardinals. Members should not form any manner of reliance on the privilege to license a Membership or Arizona Cardinals tickets from year to year, nor can there be any prescriptive right to license a Membership annually. The privilege to license a Membership and Arizona Cardinals tickets from year to year is not "property" and creates no property rights whatsoever under state statutory or common law or under the United States Bankruptcy Code. Additionally, seat location shall be subject to change by the Cardinals in its sole discretion.
c. MEMBERSHIP TRANSFERS. Except as expressly set forth in this section, Membership and Membership Accounts (including account numbers) are nontransferable, including assignment or transfer to a third party, change of names (except in limited cases where permitted), or purported assignments to an "in care of" status. A Member may not either voluntarily or by operation of law, assign, encumber, sublicense, or otherwise transfer a Membership (collectively, "Transfer"), EXCEPT that a Member shall be permitted to Transfer a Membership to an immediate family member as further described in the Season Ticket Transfer Request Form. Membership shall not be deemed to be property of an estate in bankruptcy and are not transferable under the United States Bankruptcy Code. In the event that a Member files for protection under any chapter of Bankruptcy Code, the subject Membership shall immediately become void and of no further force and effect, and the Arizona Cardinals shall be entitled to resell the Membership to a third party in their sole discretion. If the Member is deceased, the court appointed personal representative may transfer the Membership to one or more of the deceased Member's immediate family members. The personal representative must provide documentation by the courts authorizing him or her to act in that capacity and information or documentation to demonstrate that the transferee is an immediate family member. You understand that you can contact your Membership Services representative for more details. Any change of address request used to circumvent the Membership Transfer policy may result in the revocation of your Membership and any applicable Membership Accounts.
d. REVOCATION OF SEASON TICKET ACCOUNT – DISPUTES. The Arizona Cardinals reserve the right to revoke any Membership or Membership Account without cause. In any dispute concerning Membership or any Membership Account, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover the costs and expenses incurred in connection with such dispute, including reasonable attorney's fees.
e. AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT INFORMATION. The Arizona Cardinals will fully meet and comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and implementing its regulations to ensure that patrons with disabilities received full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages or accommodations provided by the Arizona Cardinals and the Stadium. Additional information regarding ADA issues is available on the ADA section of the Stadium website, or by calling (602) 379-0102 and asking to speak with a Ticket Office team member. You may also email our Guest Experience team at guestexperience@cardinals.nfl.net or visit the fully accessible State Farm Stadium ticket office located at 1 Cardinals Drive, Glendale, AZ 85303, Monday-Friday, 10am-5pm.
f. NUMBER OF GAMES; PLAYOFFS.
i. Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and agree that (i) the Cardinals make no guarantee as to the number and/or classification of home Arizona Cardinals games (i.e., preseason or regular season) to be played at the Stadium each year, (ii) such number and/or classification may increase or decrease from time to time, and (iii) your Membership Dues (and future monthly or other periodic payments) may be adjusted accordingly at any time as a result of any such increase or decrease, as determined by the Cardinals in their sole discretion.
ii. Playoff game tickets are at an additional cost above and beyond your annual Membership Dues. Members may have the opportunity to purchase the seats associated with their Membership for Arizona Cardinals home playoff games, with the exception of any Super Bowl games, which shall be governed by NFL rules. Except as expressly set forth herein, terms and conditions governing Members' rights to purchase of playoff tickets shall be determined by the Arizona Cardinals in their sole discretion prior to the end of the regular season and may be amended from time to time.
g. PRIVACY POLICY. By using the Arizona Cardinals website, you accept the Arizona Cardinals Football Club website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
h. RIGHT TO CONTACT. You hereby expressly consent to be contacted by the Cardinals, the Cardinals' agents, representatives, affiliates, or anyone calling on the Cardinals' behalf for any and all purposes arising out of or relating to your account, at any telephone number, or physical or electronic address you provide or at which you may be reached. You agree the Cardinals may contact you in any way, including SMS messages (and/or other forms of text or instant messages), calls using prerecorded messages or artificial voice, and calls and messages delivered using auto telephone dialing system or an automatic texting system. Automated messages may be played when the telephone is answered whether by you or someone else. In the event that an agent or representative calls, he or she may also leave a message on your answering machine, voice mail, or send a message via text. You consent to receive SMS messages (and other forms of text and/or instant messages), calls and messages (including prerecorded and artificial voice and autodialed) from the Cardinals, the Cardinals' agents, representatives, affiliates or anyone calling on the Cardinals' behalf at the specific number(s) you have provided to the Cardinals, or numbers we can reasonably associate with your account (through skip trace, caller ID capture or other means), with information or questions about your account and/or your Membership. You certify, warrant, and represent that the telephone numbers that you have provided to the Cardinals are your contact numbers. You represent that you are permitted to receive calls at each of the telephone numbers you have provided to the Cardinals. You agree to promptly alert the Cardinals whenever you stop using a particular telephone number. Your cellular or mobile telephone provider will charge you according to the type of plan you carry. You also agree that the Cardinals may contact you by e-mail, using any email address you have provided to the Cardinals or that you provide to the Cardinals in the future. The Cardinals may listen to and/or record phone calls between you and the Cardinals' representatives without notice to you as permitted by applicable law. For example, the Cardinals listen to and record calls for quality monitoring purposes.
4. CANCELLATION BY MEMBER. You understand that you may cancel your Membership for any reason, provided you call your membership services account member and thereafter submit fourteen (14) days' written notice by either: (a) U.S. mail, certified return receipt requested, to Arizona Cardinals Membership Services, PO Box 888, Phoenix, AZ 85001-888, (b) in-person to an authorized Cardinals representative at State Farm Stadium Ticket Office, or (c) by completing and submitting a cancellation form that can be requested over the phone by calling (602) 379-0102 and pressing #2 in accordance with the submission instructions set forth on such cancellation form. The Membership payment term ("Payment Term") for the 2024-2025 season will run from January 10, 2024 to November 30, 2024. The Payment Term for each subsequent season will run from December of the year prior to such season through September of the year corresponding to the beginning of such season (e.g., the 2025 Payment Term for a Membership for the 2025-2026 season will run from December 2024 through September 2025). If you have opted for an auto-payment plan pursuant to the Season Ticket Membership Auto-Pay Terms, you may cancel your Membership as set forth in (a), (b) or (c) above, or by filling out the form here, in each case, at least fourteen (14) days prior to the renewal deadline specified on the season ticket membership invoice sent to you by the Cardinals for the following season, in order to avoid being charged any Membership Dues for the Payment Term for that season. Fourteen (14) days after the Cardinals' receipt of your cancellation notice, your cancellation will become effective, and you will no longer be obligated for any future payments. However, you shall not be entitled to any refund for Membership Dues payments made prior to the cancellation. In addition, in the event that you cancel your Membership, the Cardinals shall have the unconditional right to sell any then-available unsold Memberships that include tickets in locations similar to yours prior to selling a Membership that includes the specific tickets included with your Membership. For clarity, these Terms and Conditions apply to you with respect to the season(s) (or portion thereof) corresponding to the applicable Payment Term(s) (or portion thereof) for which you had a Membership.
5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION; MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION
a. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, which allows parties to agree to use arbitration, rather than litigation, to resolve disputes. In arbitration, disputes are resolved by an arbitrator, not a judge or a jury. In exchange for your Membership, you agree to be bound by this Section of these Terms and Conditions.
b. You agree to submit all disputes and claims that you have and that you ever may have against Arizona Cardinals Football Club LLC or any of its affiliates (collectively the, "Cardinals Parties") arising out of or relating to your Membership ("Claims"), including all Claims asserting that any of the Cardinals Parties or any of their respective agents engaged in conduct prohibited on any basis under any federal, state, or local statute, ordinance, regulation, rule of decision, or principle of common law, to binding arbitration in accord with this Section of these Terms and Conditions.
i. The arbitration of any Claim will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"), using its Consumer Arbitration Rules and its Consumer Due Process Protocol Statement of Principles (collectively, "AAA Rules & Principles") in effect at the time the Claim arises. The AAA Rules & Principles (and the forms used to file for arbitration of a Claim) are available online at www.adr.org, or you can call the AAA at +1‑(800) 778‑7879 to ask for a copy.
ii. The arbitration will take place in Maricopa County, Arizona. However, if the arbitrator determines that Maricopa County is not reasonably convenient to you (with due consideration of the ability to travel and other pertinent circumstances), the arbitration will take place in such location that the arbitrator determines is reasonably convenient to both you and the Cardinals Parties.
iii. the AAA Rules & Principles determine the filing fee that you would be required to pay to commence an arbitration with the AAA. Responsibility for the arbitrator's fees and costs will be allocated by the arbitrator in accord with the AAA Rules & Principles.
iv. You have the right to consult with or be represented by an attorney or other spokesperson of your own choosing during the arbitration process. Each party is responsible for its own representative's fees and other expenses, such as witness fees and expert witness costs, incurred during the arbitration process.
v. The arbitration of any Claim will be conducted in a confidential manner to an extent consistent with the AAA Rules & Principles, except as may be required by applicable law, and except as necessary to confirm, vacate, or enforce the arbitration award. The arbitrator will make reasonable efforts to maintain the privacy of the hearing to the extent permitted by applicable law; the hearing will not be open to the general public.
vi. The arbitrator, and not any federal, state, or local court or agency, will have the exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of these Terms and Conditions, including any claim that all or any part of these Terms and Conditions is void or voidable, and including any dispute over whether any claim is subject to arbitration under these Terms and Conditions.
vii. Judgment upon the arbitration award will be final, binding, and conclusive upon the parties and may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
c. By these Terms and Conditions you knowingly and voluntarily waive any right to a jury trial on any Claim.
d. By these Terms and Conditions you also knowingly and voluntarily waive any right to pursue any class action relief against any of the Cardinals Parties on any Claim. You agree to arbitrate all Claims in your individual capacity only, and you waive any right to seek or recover relief in any forum against any of the Cardinals Parties on any Claim on any class action, collective, representative, or similar basis.
e. To the extent required by the AAA Rules & Principles, Claims that are within the scope of the jurisdiction of the Maricopa County Justice Court (small claims court) may be brought in such court; provided that any such Claims shall remain subject to all other provisions of these Terms and Conditions and all other AAA Rules and Principles; and provided further that any appeal of any judgment entered in such court will be subject to binding arbitration as set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
f. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of any federal or state court in Maricopa County, Arizona, in order to compel arbitration, to stay proceedings pending arbitration, or to confirm, modify, vacate or enter judgment on the award entered by the arbitrator.
6. Miscellaneous
a. Ticket Management. As long as Cardinals tickets are managed by SeatGeek, you hereby acknowledge and agree that your tickets will be delivered via SeatGeek (or its designees), and that you have read and agree to the SeatGeek terms of use, available here: seatgeek.com/terms, which apply to all Arizona Cardinals game tickets while SeatGeek manages Arizona Cardinals tickets. You further acknowledge and agree that if Cardinals tickets are managed by a provider other than SeatGeek, you will be subject to the terms of such provider.
b. Limitation of Liability. Under no circumstances will the Cardinals Parties, or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for consequential, indirect, special, punitive or incidental damages, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, based on any claim arising out of or relating to (x) your Membership or (y) breach or failure of express or implied warranty, breach of contract, misrepresentation, negligence or strict liability, in tort or otherwise. In addition, the Cardinals Parties shall not be responsible for any damages, losses, expenses or costs that you suffer as a result of anything beyond the reasonable control of the Cardinals Parties, including to any interruption or failure of any third party's (including a ticket manager such as SeatGeek's) services, security, software, equipment or network (e.g., inability to access your tickets, release of your data due to a hack).
c. Indemnification. You agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Cardinals Parties and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates from any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to your Membership, including any actions taken by you in connection with your use of your Membership Account, or your violation of (x) any law or regulation, (y) these Terms and Conditions or (z) any third party's rights. This Section will not be construed to limit or exclude any other claims or remedies that the Cardinals Parties may assert under these Terms and Conditions or by law.
d. Relationship of the Parties. These Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship or granting a franchise between or among any persons. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unenforceable, in whole or in part, such holding will not affect the validity of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
e. Compliance with Law. The Cardinals' performance of these Terms and Conditions is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall waive or impede the Cardinals' right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your Membership or information provided to or gathered by the Cardinals with respect to such Membership.
f. Survival. The provisions in these Terms and Conditions which must survive the expiration or termination of these Terms and Conditions in order to give effect to their intent and meaning shall so survive, including Sections 5 and 6.
g. Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions constitutes the complete and entire statement of all terms, conditions and representations of the agreement with respect to your Membership and supersedes all prior writings or understanding. The Cardinals Parties are third party beneficiaries of these Terms and Conditions and shall have the right to enforce these Terms and Conditions against you.
h. Governing Law; Venue. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Subject to Section 5, you agree that the proper and exclusive forum for any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be Maricopa County, Arizona, and that any such action shall be brought only in Maricopa County, Arizona. You consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in any such action by the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
i. Waiver; Severability. Any failure by the Cardinals to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions remain in full force and effect.
j. Interpretation. For purposes of these Terms and Conditions: (i) the words "include," "includes," and "including" are deemed to be followed by the words "without limitation"; (ii) the words "herein," "hereof," "hereby," "hereto," and "hereunder" refer to these Terms and Conditions as a whole; (iii) the word "or" has the inclusive meaning represented by the phrase "and/or"; and (iv) the word "discretion" will be deemed preceded by "sole and absolute."
