The first look at the 2017 Cardinals in game action will be Aug. 3 on NBC 12 News.
Beginning with the Cardinals nationally televised Hall of Fame Game against the Dallas Cowboys on Aug. 3 at 5 p.m., all five Cardinals preseason games can be seen locally on NBC 12 News (KPNX-TV).
The Emmy award-winning Cardinals Broadcast Network will produce the four other Cardinals preseason games beginning Aug. 12 vs. Oakland. The other Cardinals preseason broadcasts include Aug. 19 vs. Chicago, Aug. 26 at Atlanta and Aug. 31 at Denver.
The Cardinals' regular radio team of Dave Pasch (play-by-play) and Ron Wolfley (analyst) will be joined by 12 News anchor Paul Gerke (sideline reporter) to call the action. Paul Calvisi will join Wolfley and Gerke for the Denver broadcast on August 31.
All four games produced by the Cardinals will be preceded by a half-hour pregame show hosted by Gerke. Coverage of the Cardinals-Raiders game from University of Phoenix Stadium on Aug. 12 will begin with the pregame show at 6:30 p.m. with kickoff to follow at 7 p.m. The Cardinals-Bears game on Aug. 19 will get started with the pregame show at 6:30 p.m. and then kickoff at 7 p.m. Arizona will hit the road for their final two preseason games beginning with the Cardinals-Falcons contest on Aug. 26 to start with the pregame show at 3:30 p.m. followed by kickoff at 4 p.m. and the Cardinals-Broncos preseason finale will start with the pregame show at 5:30 p.m. with the game at 6 p.m.
Cardinals president Michael Bidwill and GM Steve Keim will join the broadcast as guests during each of the two home games.
In addition, the pregame and game broadcasts will be shown in the Tucson market on KTTU/KMSB-TV (FOX 11) and in the Las Vegas market on KVVU-TV (FOX 5).
All four Cardinals-produced broadcasts will be replayed on Fox Sports Arizona during the week following each game.
On the radio side, Paul Calvisi (play-by-play) will be joined by former Cardinals defensive end Bertrand Berry (analyst) and azcardinals.com writer Darren Urban (sideline reporter) on the call for the Raiders, Bears, Falcons and Broncos games. Craig Grialou will handle the call for the Broncos contest. Each game can be heard on Arizona Sports 98.7 FM.
