The end of the week turned into a serious turn of events for who the Cardinals will be using in the season finale Sunday against the 49ers.
On Friday, starting right tackle Jackson Barton hurt his ankle badly enough to land on IR, while wide receiver Michael Wilson hurt his hamstring. Wilson went through pregame work Sunday morning and didn't look hampered, but the team still made the second-year pass catcher inactive.
Linebacker Victor Dimukeje was added to the injury report Saturday morning with an eye issue, and he is also inactive for the last game.
Rookie Christian Jones is expected to start in Barton's place. Rookie Xavier Weaver will get the chance to play with Wilson out, and veteran Zay Jones could be in line for his most significant targets of the season.
