Following four seasons (2019-22) at Oklahoma, Davis transferred to Miami for his redshirt senior season in 2023 … in his college career, played 60 games (34 starts) and finished with 145 tackles, an INT, 14 passes defensed, four tackles for loss, two forced fumbles and a sack.
2023: In his lone season with the Hurricanes, started 12-of-13 games played and totaled 42 tackles, three tackles for loss, four passes defensed, a sack and two forced fumbles … his 42 tackles led all Miami corners … named ACC Defensive Back of the Week for dominant outing against Texas A&M (9/9), when he finished with eight total tackles, two tackles for loss, a pass defensed and a forced fumble … started in double-OT win over Clemson (10/21) and played key role in stifling defensive performance; had three tackles and one pass defensed in win over Tigers … had a strong outing @ NC State (11/4), finishing with a nine-yard sack, a forced fumble and four total tackles.
2022: Played 11 games (nine starts) in his final season with the Sooners, collecting 35 tackles, a tackle for loss, two passes defensed and a QB hurry … recorded six tackles and had pair of passes defensed @ Iowa State (10/29) … had a career-high seven tackles vs. Texas (10/8).
2021: Played all 13 games and made six starts … finished the year with 25 tackles and two passes defensed.
2020: Appeared in 10 games and made six starts, including starts in each of season's first five games … totaled 11 tackles (10 solo) and five passes defensed … had two solo stops in Cotton Bowl win over No. 10 Florida (12/30) ... had a pair of passes defensed vs. No. 22 Texas (10/10).
2019: Played all 13 games and made one start (vs. West Virginia) as a true freshman ... logged 33 tackles, his first career INT and one pass defensed ... had a season-high six solo tackles at Kansas State (10/26) ... earned his first career start and finished with two tackles against West Virginia (10/19).
Attended powerhouse Saint Thomas Aquinas (Fort Lauderdale, FL) High School where he was a four-star recruit and Under Armour All-American … became the 37th player from the school to be drafted in the NFL … registered 60 tackles, five INTs (two returned for TDs) and a fumble recovery (returned 82 yards for a TD) in his high school career … earned a bachelor's degree in Information Studies from Oklahoma and is currently working towards a master's degree in Liberal Studies.
