Re-signed with the Ravens on one-year contracts as an exclusive rights free agent on 4/19/21 and 4/18/22. Signed with the Jets as an unrestricted free agent on 3/18/23 and was released on 8/29/23. Acquired off waivers by the Cardinals on 8/30/23. Re-signed with Arizona to a one-year contract on 3/13/24.

2020: Started both games he appeared in during his rookie season … after beginning the year on the practice squad, made his first career start at center @ Pit (12/2) … made his second career start in the regular season finale @ Cin (1/3/21) and helped the Ravens run for a 404 yards and two TDs on 54 attempts (7.5); the 404 rushing yards remain a franchise single-game record and one of the top-10 single-game totals in NFL history.
Played four seasons (2016-19) at Missouri where he was a three-year starter at center, starting 38 consecutive games to finish his college career … started all 12 games at center in his final season at Mizzou in 2019, serving on an O-Line that allowed just six tackles for loss and 2.25 sacks per game in the SEC … in his second year as a starter in 2018, started all 13 games and was a key performer for a line that helped the offense finish the 2018 season ranked 13th nationally (third in the SEC) in total offense (481.8 avg.), 18th nationally (third in the SEC) in scoring (36.6 avg.) and 18th nationally (third in the SEC) in third down conversions (46.4%) ... Attended Webb City (MO) High School where he was a multi-sport star who helped the school win three state championships in football … both his mother, Neysa, and father, Eddie, grew up in Puerto Rico before moving to Missouri in 1986; his father was killed in a car accident when Trystan was just two years old.
