The Cardinals added veteran outside linebacker Julian Okwara to the 53-man roster last week for a reason.
Okwara said his reaction to the news was "to play" and he will Sunday against the Rams after the Cardinals. With offensive lineman Jackson Barton also active after being elevated from the practice squad, it means defensive lineman Dante Stills will sit as a healthy scratch.
Okwara has nine career sacks in his previous four seasons with the Lions. He spent the preseason with the Eagles before they released him at the end of August.
The rest of the inactives remained static for the Cards this week.
