The Cardinals are making at least the last week of the season a family affair for the Jones boys.

The team was awarded a waiver claim on inside linebacker Vi Jones, who was released by the Buccaneers. Jones is the younger brother of Cardinals wide receiver Zay Jones. Vi Jones has played in 10 career games, spending time with the Bucs and Seahawks.

To make room on the roster, the Cardinals put safety Joey Blount (ribs) on Injured Reserve.

The team also activated linebacker Markus Bailey to the practice squad. Bailey had been serving a league suspension.

In his career, Vi Jones has nine tackles and two forced fumbles.
