The brief look at veteran cornerback Quinton Dunbar is over for now.
The Cardinals released Dunbar from the practice squad Tuesday, while re-signing Luq Barcoo -- who was cut from the active roster last week -- to his spot on the practice squad.
The Cardinals also activated wide receiver Josh Doctson from the Covid list back on to the practice squad, and released center Michal Menet from the practice squad.
The Cardinals had already promoted safety Chris Banjo from the practice squad to the active roster on Monday.
The one-for-one Dunbar-Barcoo swap would seem to bode well for any potential cornerback injuries. Byron Murphy, Antonio Hamilton and Marco Wilson all were banged up at various points in the win against the Rams. The Cardinals return to practice -- with the first injury report of the week -- on Wednesday.
