Darius Robinson returned to the practice field on Monday -- finally.
The rookie defensive lineman, who has been dealing with a calf injury since the end of the preseason, returned to work with his teammates during the Cardinals' "bonus" practice coming out of the bye. His status was unknown; the team will not put out its first injury report until Wednesday.
Coach Jonathan Gannon declined to get into the possibility whether Robinson could make his season debut in Seattle on Sunday.
"It'll be good to get him out there," Gannon said. "Been a long time. It's been a tough road, with a tough injury. He's working his tail off. He wants to get back out there."
Gannon said Robinson had a "good week" during the bye week, even if it didn't include practice. It did include rehab. "He did not have an off week."
Robinson has been on the active roster, although inactive. He briefly returned to practice on Oct. 9, although he did little other than stretching that day. He was activated from Injured Reserve on Oct. 28. He initially hurt himself Aug. 22.
